BROOM FINISH MIX is a single component overlay system that bonds to all clean concrete surfaces to produce a rock hard, weather proof surface. It can be troweled or squeegee applied as a thin bond coat, or applied by hopper spray gun for a textured surface.

• High bond, flexural and compressive strength. Consistant and evenly textured finish.
• Can be integrally colored with EZCHEM EZ COLOR PAKS.
• Can be stained with EZCHEM ENVIRO STAIN or EARTHTONE STAIN for a wide array of decorative finishes.
• Can be sealed with EZCHEM CLEAR ACRYLIC SEALER or COLORED ACRYLIC SEALER for a consistently colored and durable surface.

Broomfinish Mix is typically applied to a damp surface. Remove any puddles and standing water (Saturated surface dry) prior to installation. Add 50 lb bag of Broomfinish Mix to approximately 5.5 quarts (minimum 4.5 maximum 6.5) of water. Mix in a clean 5 gallon pail with a ½”mixer drill (Do not use a cement mixer) Add EZChem EZ COLOR PAK (blend the Color Pak into the water first) if integral color is desired. Add half the powdered material to the water, mix until lump free, let sit for 5 minutes, then blend in the other half. Apply with a hopper gun, magic trowel (squeegee), steel pool trowel, brush, broom or roller For a knockdown texture use 8-15 PSI through a relatively large orifice. As the wet, glossy material begins to dry to a matte or dull finish, it should be knocked down with a pool trowel or metal squeegee For a bubble texture use 40 Psi through a relatively small orifice.
